Two men were flown to hospital overnight after a serious crash at Cassilis.
Just after 8pm two cars collided on the Golden Highway.
The Hunter's Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew a medical team to the scene where they treated one man for a broken ankle, while the other suffered head injuries.
They were airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
