UPDATE Cardiff Creep Has Matter Adjourned and Bail Granted

UPDATE

The man dubbed the Cardiff Creep has faced Toronto Local Court today.

46-year-old Glen Dabid Chester had his matter adjourned until February 6, and was granted bail with one of the conditions being to pay $5,000.

He was charged with eight counts of commit act of indecency towards another person, and one count of wilful and obscene exposure towards six school girls in the Cardiff area.

Police believe they've caught the man dubbed the Cardiff Creep.

Six school girls aged between 13 and 16 were approached by a man between August and November this year near the stormwater drain in Fifth Street, Cardiff and also at Impala Street, Edgeworth, where it's alleged he exposed himself to them.

Following extensive inquiries, a 46-year-old man was arrested at Cardiff on Thursday.

He's been charged with eight counts of commit act of indecency towards another person, and one count of wilful and obscene exposure.

The man, from Thornton, was refused bail and will appear in Toronto Local Court today (Friday 8 December 2017).
